Refund Policy

At Buy Str8Fire, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our THCa products and work to ensure that every order arrives correctly and in excellent condition. Because our products are consumable and regulated, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the consumable and regulated nature of our products — including THCa flower, edibles, tinctures, vapes, and concentrates — all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

 

  • Opened or used products

  • “Change of mind” requests

  • Failure to understand your local THCa laws

 

Please confirm that you are legally allowed to purchase hemp-derived THCa products in your state or locality before placing an order.

 

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

 

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

 

  • A replacement item

  • A refund to the original payment method (if applicable)

  • Store credit for a future purchase

 

Buy Str8Fire reserves the right to approve or deny refund or replacement requests at our discretion.

 

 

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once an order is shipped and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

If your package goes missing after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and ensuring your delivery address is safe and secure.

 

 

4. Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

 

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at Support@BuyStr8fire.shop.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Buy Str8Fire reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements for any reason that appears to violate the terms or intent of this policy.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. 


Compliant Hemp Product — 2018 U.S. Farm Bill:
• Grown in full compliance with federal and applicable state laws.      

• Contains Δ9-THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis,   verified by third-party laboratory testing.    

• Hemp and hemp-derived products were removed from the Controlled Substances Act by the 2018 Farm Bill and are federally lawful to ship in the United States.

• 21 U.S.C. § 802(16)(B) excludes hemp from the definition of “marijuana.”     

• 7 U.S.C. § 1639o defines hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and all derivatives with ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC.

 

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any product to jurisdictions where local or state law prohibits the sale, possession, or shipment of hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA products.

(Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.)

If your state is added to this list or new legislation prohibits shipment, we will suspend shipment to that state immediately.  
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where THCA products are prohibited, and you assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws.
